Sonja began as a licensed agent in Delray Beach, Florida as well as Fort Mill, South Carolina, both fast-paced markets. Upon joining the field in Mankato in 2013, she quickly became a top producer in her beloved home town.

Sonja is a graduate of Mankato West, Bethany Lutheran College, St. Olaf College (BA: Studio Art/Asian Studies) and MSU (MS: Multidisciplinary Studies: Higher Education Administration). She has a strong appreciation for learning thru travel, and has visited over 25 countries; she has additionally lived and worked in both Japan and India.
